Impossible to connect to R_video

If you purchased your R_volution player from the R_volution store, you must have created an account. However, your login credentials can only be used on the R_volution store. To log in to R_video, you must use your R_video account credentials, not those from your R_volution store customer area.


If this is your first time accessing R_video, you must create an R_video account. To do so, click the Create and account now button.


If you have previously used R_video but have forgotten your password, click "I forgot my password." Warning! An email will be sent to your R_video account email address, not to your R_volution store customer area account! If you don't receive an email to reset your password, check your spam folder.


If there is nothing in the spam, it is because you do not have an R_video account yet or you have used your account credentials from your R_volution store customer area.
