The final episodes of certain TV shows like season 8 of Friends are sometimes cut into 2 parts. If so, the episode is often incorrectly named episode 24. In fact, there are only 23 episodes in the season 8 of Friends.
As NBC only produced 23 episodes for season 8 of Friends, they are listed as such in TMDB. It is therefore normal that episode 24 does not appear when identifying R_video.
The confusion comes from the fact that TVDB references the second part of episode 23 as episode 24:

To be able to correctly identify your second part of episode 23 of season 8 of the series Friends (and the other problematic episodes), we invite you to rename the episode as follows:
Friends.S01E23.Part 2.mkv
It will be identified as being identical to episode 23 which will then be a duplicate. To differentiate the 2 parts, then simply modify the name of both in R_video parts by adding "Part 1" and "Part 2" at the end of the episode name via Menu > Edit > Title.
Note that final episodes of other series have the same problem. This is the case for example of season 8 of House, episode 23.
